Holiday Caviar Martini: Nicole’s Recipe with Caviar-Stuffed Olives & JCB Caviar Vodka
Discover how to make Nicole’s luxurious caviar martini, crafted with Jean-Charles Boisset’s caviar vodka and decadent caviar-stuffed olives for an unforgettable seasonal cocktail!
As I was stocking up at Total Wine before Thanksgiving, I stumbled upon a bottle in the vodka aisle with JCB’s branding (I visited the JCB Tasting Salon in Napa and am obsessed with his collaboration with Baccarat). Upon closer inspection, I saw that it was something truly delightful—caviar vodka! I got flashbacks of a caviar-stuffed olive martini I had put on my vision board scrapbook earlier this year, and decided that this would be the perfect ingredient for it!
As per the description at Total Wine, “France—12 years of research to attain perfection. JCB brought together their vodka with Sturgeon Caviar from southwest France. It provides the most opulent and decadent mouthfeel. An explosion on your palate and a delicate pure taste of caviar.” Upon further research, “it is made from sustainably grown grapes from the Cote-d’Or and water from historical French springs. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are hand-selected for this unique bottling of vintage vodka. The wine is fermented and aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times.”
I had never tried vodka made from grapes before, and perhaps that’s why I’m so obsessed with it (check out my wine blogs)! It has such a rich, creamy, and smooth feel on the palate and makes for the perfect winter cocktail. Get ready to impress your guests this holiday season!

Per usual, we are using The Nicole Method for ingredient measurements. If you are new to my cocktail style, I prefer percentages and proportions over exact measurements. As an intuitive mixologist, I tend to eyeball things, which allows for easy customization. This way, you can tailor each cocktail to individual preferences—strong or mild, sweet or dry, emphasizing certain flavors, and so on. It's simply a superior approach!
