Is La Luer’s Mira Facial Treatment System Pro the Best Anti-Aging Device of 2026? I Tested It to Find Out

I first discovered La Luer’s Mira Facial Treatment Pro two years ago. As someone who is always on the hunt for the highest tier of skincare innovation, I often look to my most trusted curated authorities—Rescue Spa and Aida Bicaj. When I saw that La Luer was launched on both of their sites, I knew it had to be incredible. With these highly regarded sites, only the absolute best products make the cut.

While the price tag required some reflection and deeper research to justify it, the La Luer Mira device lived on my vision board and in my mind rent free until I finally took the plunge a couple of months ago. I am approaching 30, after all!

My La Luer Mira device and hyaluronic gels arrived in the most beautiful packaging, but the immediate differentiator was the brand’s intimacy. I was offered a virtual facial to demo the device with the founder herself, Nicole Chau. She has the most flawless skin I have ever seen in my life, which is a true testament to the La Luer technology. I was most impressed by the brand’s technical merit—Nicole actually developed the prototype herself and holds three patents for the technology. That kind of hands-on innovation gave me the confidence that the Mira device isn’t just another beauty tool, but a seriously engineered device.

The main draw for me was the combination of triple-action LED—including the green light (which is so rare to find), paired with EMS lifting that actually delivers. It’s no secret that skintech is generally light years ahead overseas, but La Luer is the first US-based brand I’ve found that actually bridges that gap. Nothing else in the domestic market comes even close to operating on this level!

Prior to purchasing, I did an in depth comparison between La Luer and YA-MAN, Japan’s skintech giant. Though YA-MAN offers a much wider variety of devices to choose from, I found that YA-MAN’s Photo Plus devices contain similar features at a higher pricepoint than La Luer, and without green LED light (there are dedicated green LED face masks).

Beyond that, what really sold me on the La Luer specs was the hardware. The Mira device uses a total of 84 LED lights with isolated activation, whereas most comparable devices have a much lower density. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not always the most disciplined with long routines, which is why La Luer’s Mira device is such a game changer. It takes less than ten minutes to see results! I love the built-in timers: each two-minute mode ends with three vibrations, making it essentially skincare on autopilot. It is basically a professional facial packed within a ten-minute window—perfect for jet-setters and high-functioning schedules!

The Mira device has 4 settings: Detox, Tone, Lift, and Infuse:

• Detox

  • Targets blemishes, controls excess oil production, and calms redness combining Blue LED Light Therapy, Ultrasound, and Sonic Pulsations. 

  • Key benefits: Target acne and blemishes, and increase lymphatic drainage and circulation to detoxify.

My user experience: Blue LED light and small vibrations but absolutely no discomfort or pain. I focus on my T-zone areas and any blemishes. I notice that my blemishes fade much faster than without the device.

• Tone

  • Minimizes appearance of enlarged pores, combats puffiness, and targets oily skin using Blue LED Light Therapy, EMS, Ultrasound, and Sonic Pulsations.

  • Key benefits: Minimize appearance of enlarged pores, and combat oily skin.

My user experience: Blue light and slightly stronger vibrations with the added EMS, but absolutely no discomfort or pain. I focus on my cheek pores, but use the device all over. I have noticed improvement in my pore size with consistent use.

• Lift

  • Visibly sculpts the face, softens fine lines and lifts sagging skin with Red LED Light Therapy, EMS, and Radio Frequency.

My user experience: Red LED light and small noticeable muscle contractions, especially closer to the upper cheek area due to the combination of EMS and Radio Frequency. However, these contractions are very tolerable. They do not cause concern or that scary “out of control” spasming sensation some other microcurrent devices can give. • Infuse (my favorite!)

  • Key Benefits: Brighten dull, dehydrated skin, and enhance hydration and product absorption.

My user experience: My favorite setting! Green LED light and similar vibration sensations to the blue light settings. The galvanic currents may feel slightly tingly (to me, it feels like my skin is breathing better), and produce a faint metallic taste in the mouth, so proceed with caution if you have any metal implants. Since my smile lines are my biggest concern, I focus the device especially in those areas.

This setting is also where you will notice the biggest difference in skin texture, which pictures cannot capture well. Please trust me when I say that I have used all of the holy skincare brands (Biologique Recherche, Valmont, Medical Beauty Research, Alastin, La Mer, Sisley, etc.) and no expensive serum or cream compares to the smoothness you will feel after this setting. It is actually unbelievable!

My Consensus

The La Luer Mira device absolutely lived up to its product offerings, and I predict that it will be the next must-have skincare device! After testing it for over 30 days consistently, I have noticed an incredible difference in my skin texture, smile lines, blemish control, and immediate sculpting effect. I have tested all of the holy grail luxury and medical skincare products, and none of them come even close to the results I have gotten from La Luer.
